The Centaurus Mall project was defined by its scale, complexity, and vertical integration—spanning three residential towers, a luxury hotel, and a multistorey retail podium. Our work supported the technical convergence of multiple specialist trades, including curtain wall systems, high-capacity HVAC infrastructure, and luxury-grade interior packages. We worked closely with the client team to manage vertical logistics, streamline construction flow, and ensure alignment between the commercial, residential, and hospitality components.
