EBCL’s role focused on precision execution and finish-sensitive delivery, ensuring that luxury detailing matched design vision. We worked closely with client representatives, architects, and finishing contractors to coordinate overlapping trades and deliver the highest standard of workmanship—especially in interior zones, facade detailing, and external works.
Our experience in managing complex sequencing across trades proved critical in avoiding rework and protecting finish quality. The project also involved ongoing design coordination and material alignment, requiring a high degree of flexibility and advisory input throughout the construction phase.
